We are seeking a D.C.-based Human Resources Specialist to support a dynamic team and handle an array of human resource functions with a focus in full lifecycle recruitment for headquarters. Responsibilities are to manage recruitment activities, file and submit AAP, EEO-1 and VETS-100 reports, track metrics, contribute to HR policies and procedures, coordinate immigration visa process, assist with benefits administration, and assist the Director and SVP of HR in special projects as assigned. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related degree, with a minimum of 1 year HR experience including some recruitment experience required. The successful candidate will be dependable, demonstrate strong communication skills and handle sensitive issues with discretion. Must possess strong oral, written, analytical and organizational skills, and have working knowledge in MS Excel, Word and internet as a research tool. - Application instructions:
