Agricultural Finance Product Development & Training Manager, Ghana We are currently seeking an agricultural finance product development and training manager for an upcoming multiyear program in Ghana. Positions are contingent upon ACDI/VOCA being awarded the program. This program will increase the supply of credit and other financial services to rural borrowers, including farmers and other agribusiness borrowers. Responsibilities: - develop and/or manage resources to update agricultural finance products and training programs including agricultural finance training guidelines - organize and implement the training of personnel of financial institutions participating in the program - Applicant Requirements:
- minimum of 15 years experience in financial system development and capacity-building of financial institutions engaged in agricultural, rural and MSME finance, with a focus on training and curriculum development as well as agricultural finance product development - at least 10 years of experience designing and implementing agricultural finance training programs for financial institutions in developing countries - experience in group-lending methodology required - strong writing skills, use of multimedia tools for message delivery and excellent communication and interpersonal skills - developing country professional field experience, especially in sub-Saharan Africa and/or Ghana highly desired - Application instructions:
