World Vision Australia Consulting Services is seeking expressions of interest for possible project opportunities, from consultants with specialist experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, especially as it relates to civil society and institutional strengthening and working with a range of NGO's, CBOs and government organisations throughout the Pacific and PNG. - Applicant Requirements:
You will have extensive experience working on international development projects funded by bilateral and multilateral development agencies, including the World Bank, Asian Development Bank AusAID, NZAID and International NGOs within the Pacific/PNG and have a relevant postgraduate qualification. You will have extensive demonstrable experience in developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks including assessing progress and achievements against objectives, impact assessment, internal learning and reflection and quality assurance and risk monitoring. - Application instructions:
