Overall objective(s): to support and facilitate Cape Verde's successful integration into the global regime. Successful implementation of WTO agreement, effective trade-related legislation in place. Specific objective: Strengthen capacity of the Ministry of Economy, Growth and Competitiveness of Cape Verde to implement Action plans committed under the Accession Protocol on, among other issues, Customs, SPS, TRIPS and TBT. This means support to WTO Task Force, participate in drafting legislations, and provide support to prepare the private sector to understand the new trade regime. - Applicant Requirements:
We are looking for experts in the following areas: - Customs - TRIPS - Intellectual property and copyright - Technical barriers to Trade (TBT) - Legislative drafting - Market access on goods - Application instructions:
