AusAID is currently designing the Philippines Provincial Road Management Facility to be tendered later this year. SMEC International wishes to tender for management of the Facility. We welcome expressions of interest from International and Filipino consultants with the following essential experience: *Philippines Road Management and Maintenance experience *Experience working at the Provincial level, particularly in Mindanao and the Visayas *Experience in Instituational strengthening, government systems and policy development - particularly in relation to planning, financial management and implementation of road maintenance projects or infrastructure delivery *Expereince working on AusAID or other major donor programs - World Bank, ADB, JBIC, USAID or DFID *Capacity building and training experience in the Philippines *Ability to live and travel through the provinces, particularly Mindanao and the Visayas. - Application instructions:
