Internews Network is currently seeking a Chief of Party to work in the Middle East and North Africa. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and monitor all program components including trainings, technical assistance, grants and ensuring that the overall objectives and deliverables of the project are met; Provide overall vision and strategic direction to the program; Supervise and coordinate the work of all long and short term consultants, staff as well as sub grantees; Report to the Regional Director based in Washington, DC Ensuring financial and programmatic compliance with US Rules and Regulations as well as Internews policies and procedures Other duties as assigned - Applicant Requirements:
Required Qualifications MS degree in Mass Communications or related field Intimate Knowledge of the region and of media organizations Prior work experience in an international organization, preferably as the manager of the program Prior experience in managing a US Government grant 10-15 years work experience Knowledge of US Government funding rules and regulations English and Arabic language fluency - Application instructions:
