The Project aims at providing support to institutional and policy reform and demonstrating innovative approaches to services delivery, including implementation of water supply and sanitation projects co-financed with the government. The programme aspires to achieve four results: (1) improved water governance at the Federal level; (2) improved water governance at State and Local Government levels in six focal States; (3) improved water service delivery to urban areas in six States; (4) improved water supply, sanitation and hygiene promotion delivery in a sustainable manner in rural areas. - Applicant Requirements:
Qualification: University degree in Institutional Development, Economics, Business/Public Administration or Engineering or other related fields. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Fluency in English is a requirement General professional experience: minimum 15 years post qualification in at least 2 countries Specific professional experience: (i) at least 10 years experience in management of large and complex development projects (ii) experience in institutional and policy reforms in developing countries, (iii) knowledge of governance and poverty issues. Knowledge of EDF Regulations and Procedures will be an advantage. - Application instructions:
