We are seeking a DC-based, dynamic and effective recruiter of international development consultants for projects and proposals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening potential candidates for specific projects and proposals, tailoring candidates' CVs to match donor specifications and maintaining positive relations with growing networks of candidates. - Applicant Requirements:
A bachelor's degree with at least five years of recruitment experience required, including one year of international development industry preferred. Experience must include strong outreach, networking, organizational and writing skills. Qualified candidates must possess excellent communication skills; be proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and demonstrate skills in using the internet as a research tool. Fluency in English is a requirement; ability to speak additional languages a plus, but not required. - Application instructions:
