The legal specialists will assess the relevant legal aspects in developing a national energy efficiency program. The international consultant should have a minimum of 12 years'experience in legal practice, at least 5 years of which were dedicated to the field of energy and/or energy efficiency. The international consultant should have previous working experience in the Asia and Pacific region, particularly within the DMCs of ADB. The consultants will review all relevant policy documents and regulations, and provide the team with the legal expertise it requires. The detailed terms of reference will be prepared by the consulting firm and agreed by the EA and ADB during the TA implementation. - Application instructions:
