The Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (RDTL) has received a grant in the amount of Euros 3,441,407 from the Commission of European Communities and administered by International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, acting as the Trustee towards the cost of Timor-Leste Health Support Program The Minister for Health and Director, Project Management Unit (PMU), Health Sector Rehabilitation and Development Project invites applications from suitably qualified professionals who are interested to work with Ministry of Health Timor-Leste. Interested candidates should submit a CV indicating their qualifications, and experience. - Applicant Requirements:
Selection Criteria: -Internationally recognized qualification such as a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Building Construction and a professional qualification recognized in his/her country of residence. -Minimum of 15 years experience in the construction industry, 10 years experience in the management and maintenance of health facilities including hospitals and at least 5 years similar experience in a developing country. -Excellent communication and management skills together with the ability to work well with people. -Fluency in English is essential. -Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Portuguese is desirable. The assignment will be for a period of 12 months but this period may be broken down into two or three shorter periods. - Application instructions:
