- Description:
We are seeking a D.C.-based Tier 2 Help Desk Technician to support our headquarters staff with hardware and software issues, plus troubleshoot desktop/printer problems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to installing workstations, performing minor hardware repairs and installation of peripheral equipment, configuring network users, and assist the IT Division with other matters of support as needed. Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related degree, including at least one year of professional experience in network and system desktop support required. MS Certified Desktop Support Technician and/or A+ certification preferred. Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills plus be able to troubleshoot network system problems, establish positive working relationships with staff, and demonstrate clear communication skills. - Application instructions:
