Part of the Coffey International Group, with offices throughout Asia, the Pacific, Middle East, Europe and the United States, Coffey ID has provided project management and specialist services to more than 800 projects in over 75 countries in the Asia Pacific region. Coffey ID is committed to submitting quality tenders and as such we are currently looking to tender for the Philippines Provincial Road Management Facility which is currently being designed by AusAID. The focus of the program is to increase economic growth in targeted provinces by reducing road transport impediments to economic activity. This will be achieved through supporting the sustainable Government of Philippines provision, management and maintenance of a core network of affordable roads in selected areas of Southern Philippines We are seeking expressions of interest from candidates who share our philosophy, vision, professionalism and commitment to service for potential positions across the following technical and professional streams as part of our tender; - Program Leadership - Road Management and Maintenance experience - An understanding of capacity building and institutional strengthening, particularly in government departments and agencies; - Experience working on AusAID or other major donor programs - Experience working at the Provincial level, particularly in Mindanao and the Visayas - Applicant Requirements:
For success in this role you will ideally be degree qualified in a relevant discipline and have extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in an international development context. Previous experience in a developing country or within the Philippines will be highly regarded. - Application instructions:
