The New Zealand Agency for International Development, NZAID, is inviting the submission of proposals from teams of consultants interested in designing two projects to strengthen the Vanuatu Customary Land Tribunal and the Vanuatu Department of Lands' Information Technology Centre. It is expected that the design of the two projects will take up to five weeks commencing in July 2008. The team will conduct much of its work in and around Port Vila in Vanuatu, but will also be expected to travel to other areas of Vanuatu. It is anticipated that the design of the two projects will be undertaken by a team of consultants comprising: * Team Leader & Development Project Designer * Information Communication Technology (ICT) Specialist * Land Specialist (Ni Vanuatu) * Communication Specialist (Ni Vanuatu). - Applicant Requirements:
