The NZ office seeks a part time (18-23 hours pw) Marketing and Sales manager to promote the magazine and to increase sales revenue. To take primary responsibility for sales of the New Internationalist magazine, publications and other products, via creative and efficient marketing techniques. To also act as a conduit between the NZ office, NGO's, Govt Departments, Educational Institutions and the Editorial offices. - Applicant Requirements:
Essential skills and experience required are as follows: Interest in world affairs and commitment to social justice, effective communicator, both oral and written, experience in web and e-marketing. In-depth knowledge and experience in marketing and sales, an ability to analyse sales data and computer skills esp Access and Excel, willingness to work in a cooperative environment and consensus decision making and a willingness and ability to work on one's own initiative. - Application instructions:
