FINCON is currently ranked first for a bid submitted to Perusahaan Gas Negara in September 2007. The objective of the proposed assignment is to assist PGN to develop a detailed multi-years transformation roadmap and action plan to support the implementation of PGN's ICT modernization plan. Based on the current ICT Master Plan (2004 -2007), the proposed assignment will also assist PGN to determine the priority programs and investments as well as to obtain PGN's management endorsement to the proposed roadmap and priority action plan. - Applicant Requirements:
- Project Manager with 10+ years of international professional experience as a project manager or other equivalent leading position in a series of projects of similar nature and scale as this consultancy - ICT Specialists with extensive prior experience in developing strategic information systems plans for large and complex organisations, complex enterprise software systems implementation, extensive knowledge in informatics management and current technology trends. - Procurement Specialist with extensive experience in the competitive acquisition of comparable ICT systems and procurement procedures under World Bank financed projects - General Requirements for Consultant Team; - The consultants should have general experience in the competitive acquisition of Information Systems and procurement procedures under World Bank financed projects. - The consultants should be skilled in presenting complex technical and other issues to managers. - The consultants should be skilled in the use of standard methodologies for developing Information System Strategic Plans and adopt such a methodology for this project. - The consultants should have extensive experience in the development and implementation of Information System Strategic Plans for large and complex organisations. - The Consultants Team must have adequate fluency in Bahasa Indonesia though fluency for all members of the Team is not required - Application instructions:
