The impact of the Project will be an increase number of better-educated and skilled people from all sections of Cambodia's population. The Project outcome will be improved quality and equity of education in Cambodia with stronger education management systems, improved teacher competencies, and effective secondary education. The consulting services for this Project are designed not only to provide technical support to the project management and implementation but also to build longer-term institutional development and capacity for planning, management, and the delivery of teacher professional development and secondary education. The consulting services cover broad areas of expertise that include: (i) institutional development, (ii) management information system (MIS) development, (iii) teacher professional development, (iv) curriculum and materials development including information and communication technology (ICT), (v) examination reform, (vi) facilities and equipment improvement, and (vii) gender and equitable access.
