The New Zealand Agency for International Development, NZAID, acting for and on behalf of the Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Trade, is inviting the submission of Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to undertake a Management Services Contract to facilitate the activities of and provide technical supervision and mentoring to staff of the TSSTP executing agencies as well as the Kaupule of the outer islands of Tuvalu in order to meet the following three objectives: · Lasting safety improvements for the transfer of passengers between the ship to the shore; · Significantly reduced damage and more rapid transport operations to outer islands of Tuvalu through improvements in cargo packaging and handling; and · Outer island communities able to manage environmental, health and other social impacts resulting from the Project. - Applicant Requirements:
