We are looking for a business developer/entrepreneur to work with an African human rights/democracy building program to help develop a companion enterprise that sustains the non-profit. There may also be an opportunity to teach entrepreneurial skills. - Applicant Requirements:
Requirements: strong business skills so can adapt them in a new environment; Innovative, entrepreneurial...able to see possibilities then ground them in reality; Cultural & international skills are equally important: if candidate does not have Africa experience, must be willing to learn about diseases & maintaining good health. Experience with poverty, either at home or in other countries, is helpful. Humility. Strong people skills. This is a volunteer post. Position is open until filled. Duration of the post is conjointly determined by volunteer & Africa director; there is some flexibility.
