Based on its experience, know-how and available internal and external staff, Altair Asesores is in a position to provide legal advice and consultancy services in Spain and abroad in the following areas: - Law / Legal Advice - Proposed and Legislative Reform - Finance and Taxation (Fiscal System) - Institutional Building and reform - Strengthening and Reform of Public Institutions (Central Government and decentralised institutions / regional and local governments) - Strengthening of Civil Society - Law harmonisation and approximation of candidate countries to EU membership - Foreign trade and Economic Integration - International project management - Competition and Quality - Privatisation - Vocational training (design and implementation of training programmes, including the preparation and distribution of training material, means and tools necessary for their execution) - Private Sector Development - Environment - Applicant Requirements:
We are looking for experts for EU funded assignments in Africa, Latin America, Asia and Central-Eastern Europe. These experts should have the following skills and profiles: - Be completely fluent in English, French, Spanish or Portuguese (which means being able to lead multicultural Teams and to write reports in one of those languajes) (indispensable). - Experience in European Union funded projects (indispensable). - Broad experience (at least ten years of relevant experience) in one of the above mentioned fields (indispensable). - Application instructions:
